Pro Forma Advisors was retained by the Producers Group to review Historic Philadelphia’s in-process business plan document for the new Lights of Liberty Show in Historic Philadelphia.  An outdoor show offered in historic downtown Philadelphia, the Lights of Liberty show combines theater and audio-visual art with the interpretation of history.  The new show is intended as a ground-up re-imagination of the original 1999 show.  The business plan review focused on identifying key risks and assumptions to support subsequent feasibility-level analysis.
