The Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory engaged Pro Forma Advisors to evaluate attendance and revenue potential for a potential second-gate attraction to be co-located with the existing Slugger Museum, a highly successful visitor attraction located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The second-gate concept is envisioned as a separately-branded, complementary attraction developed in partnership with a leading global brand. Preliminary design concepts of this high-quality visitor experience include up to 25,000 square feet of LBE attraction space within the existing property, a family-oriented experience based on a cherished brand, and appropriate support space for retail and food & beverage areas.

Pro Forma Advisors was tasked to conduct a market analysis for a Kidzania entertainment center in Doha, Qatar. The study focused on the key children’s market, which is the target of Kidzania concept. The project is located in a mixed use development encompassing residential, hotel, RD&E elements, and the entertainment center itself.

Pro Forma Advisors was tasked to analyze the development feasibility of additional program recommendations for the entertainment zone anchored by Ripley’s Believe it or Not in China. The Project, currently under construction, will also include residential and office uses, along with the additional themed entertainment attraction areas to create a major entertainment destination in Harbin. Pro Forma Advisors also studied a highly themed Water Park and extensive themed shopping and dining outlets in a commercial sector of the development.
