Pro Forma Advisors analyzed the feasibility of a world-class Integrated Resort (IR) development that will focus on complementary hospitality uses, including hotel, convention, food/beverage, retail, entertainment, cultural spaces, and casino gaming. To compete with other world-class IRs, the Client was evaluating the addition of a destination theme park to provide a comprehensive offer to a broad customer base. Many of the proposed amenities will lead the market in Korea as well as surrounding international regions to draw significant numbers of new visitors to Korea. Phase I of Project Inspire is estimated at US$1.6 billion, with a commitment total of US$5 billion over multiple phases.

Pro Forma Advisors were retained to analyze the feasibility of a world-class destination development that will be anchored by a major theme park, with additional destination supporting components such as hotels and entertainment district at one of two sites located approximately 20 or 30 kilometers, respectively, south of Central Moscow. While the regional market has existing attractions and seasonal amusement offerings, the client was considering a project that would provide a unique, high-quality experience that would draw from a broader market area and demographic and will would complement Moscow’s strategic focus on tourism-driven economic development.
