With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment and real estate industry, Mark’s practice specialty is the analysis of integrated and unique projects combining traditional real estate development with entertainment land uses such as casinos, theme parks, and destination resorts.

Mark was formerly a Vice President at Economics Research Associates and led the Gaming Practice, where he managed over 200 land use economics projects with industry leaders such as MGM-Mirage, Harrah’s Entertainment, Foxwoods Casino, Universal Studios, and Paramount Studios. His project experience spans Asia, North America, and Europe. He also has led the analysis of unique projects such as Space Tourism forecasts for NASA and attractions such as indoor ski slopes.

Mark received an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1994 specializing in entertainment and strategy. He also has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
