Bob specializes in leisure-oriented land development economics. His work has been primarily in the areas of integrated resorts, tourism, second home developments, new towns and mixed-use developments. He also has experience in a broad array of land uses including golf, residential, commercial, marinas and casinos. Bob began his practice in 1984 with the consulting firm Economics Research Associates (ERA) / AECOM.
He has participated in a wide variety of study types including market feasibility, concept development, financial modeling and master plan economics. Many projects involve collaboration with planners, architects and other specialists to program and optimize master plans. Bob is also called upon for complex financial modeling involving multiple land uses and / or profit centers.
Bob has worked on projects in resort markets around the world, including locations in the continental US, Hawaii, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia.
